Have you always wanted to study theology, but didn't know where to start?

 

Do you love exploring the big questions about life, but don't have the time to commit to a long course of study?

 

We have the solution for you!  Our Brilliant Basics courses offer an exciting opportunity to explore theology, and ask the big questions about life and the Christian faith.

Over the course of six weeks you'll have the opportunity to explore subjects such as the Old Testament, the New Testament, Spirituality and Contemplation, Church History, Ecotheology, either from the comfort of your own home online, or with others in our in-person sessions in Truro.  The choice is yours.

No prior experience or qualifications are neded!  We welcome and encourage everyone to apply, regardless of where you are in your faith journey or whether you've done any theological study before.  The only thing you need is an eagerness to learn!

No.  You can choose whether you would like to study via our Standard edition or our Certificate edition.  If you decide you'd like to respond in some way to your learning, perhaps you'll want to write a reflection, a poem, or create a piece of art work and receive some feedback along with a certificate at the end of the course.  Alternatively you may wish to simply sit back and enjoy the learning without the pressure of submitting written work.  The choice is yours.

Each course costs either £120 if you would like to take our Standard edition and simply enjoy the learning, or £150 if you'd like to respond to your learning in some way and receive a certificate.
